Departure from Place de Nadrin, rue du Hérou 1, 6660 Nadrin at 09:15AM.

The pick-up of race numbers will take place at the same address at "Foyer Nadrinois" from 8:10 to 09:10AM.

Attention, two time barriers will be set for this distance!Cut-off time: 15:15 at km 22 (refreshment at Raph's), which is after 6 hours of running.

You will need to complete a full and technical trail, with its 1700m of positive elevation gain, before you can ring the bell of liberation!!!

There will be two forks where you will need to pay attention. The first is located after crossing the Cheslé at 5.800km where you must go straight and the second at 11.160km where you must turn right, but no worries, everything will be clearly indicated. There will be a crossing at 5.500km, a rope will be installed to assist you. A second crossing will be at 20km570. Two complete refreshment stations (solid and liquid) are planned at 9.400km and 22km.
You will need to be vigilant, as throughout the course you will encounter roots and rocks.You will finish with the last climb that will take you to the final rock and a good Lupulus.

All Finishers will receive the Hérou 2025 medal!!

Please note that there will be no cups at the various refreshment stations, so don’t forget yours!!!!

You will receive on Thursday, September 11, at the end of the day, the bib collection card that needs to be presented and signed on the day.

You can park along the Hérou street as well as in the parking lot of the football field on the same street.
